Wipro has a strong consulting division which works with clients world-wide on transformation, including Lean and Six Sigma. Despite this, Bourton India won a contract (in direct competition with their own consulting division) with them to work with their support services using Kaizen Events following the Bourton methodologies. This was because they saw the effectiveness of our approach, and the abilities of our Consultants.

We have worked with them for over two years, helping them to achieve substantial savings of over $1.5 MM through a series of Kaizen events. We also identified, developed and certified internal Lean Facilitators who would continue their improvement journey on their own.
